Our services fall into two primary categories, New Construction (including gut rehabs) and Existing Homes, each with different challenges, certification programs and financial incentives.
Our commitment is the same in both cases - to provide our clients with superior
service founded on technical excellence, responsiveness and personal integrity. Our professional
staff subscribes to the RESNET Code of Ethics and continuously searches for new developments that can make our homes safer, more comfortable and more affordable. We reject gimmicks and products that make unsubstantiated claims, believing that solutions must be based on sound building science principles that treat the home as a system, not simply as a group of unrelated components.
