Programs
We are an accredited verifier or certifier for several programs that share our mission of encouraging building practices that create more sustainable, comfortable and energy efficient homes.
Some of these programs, such as the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund Residential New Construction Program, provide tangible financial benefits to our clients that can partially offset certification costs and specification upgrades. Other programs, such as ENERGY STAR for Homes, the NAHB's National Green Building
Standard and Zero Energy Ready Home, provide an objective confirmation for the current and future homeowners that a home has been built to superior specifications and performance levels that will provide continuing benefits in comfort and lower energy and maintenance costs throughout the life of the building.
